An entertaining sexual maneuver: After Missionary Intercourse the male ejaculates upon the female's stomach. As the male recovers, the female will knock out his arms out from under him, collapsing him onto his own seed. Thus Sandwiching the seed between the two participants.

The Sandwich is in reference to a method of committing a violent act toward another human being (most often a women, but this is dependent on sexual preference). In order to properly execute this move, it must be done as follows:

As you can see, the fucking makes up the thin breaded portion of the sandwich, where as the killing is the meat of the whole thing. There is another variation, which is called "The Club Sandwich", which goes as follows:

Although killing is not directly stated in The Club Sandwich, it is most certainly implied.
"Man, I got really mad at my girlfriend last night, so I fucking gave her The Sandwich. Long story short mom, I need $100 000 for bail."
