The Soulchild Concept is a democratic group, operating in an anarcho-syndicalist manner, with individual members electing to lead specific project depending on their area of interest or expertise. The Soulchild Concept doesn't have a single ethos, but revels in different styles, backgrounds and influences, while staying strictly equal. See also List of T.S.C. members
