The event in which one (generally female) comes onto another (generally male) within they period of knowing them 2 hours or less.
I was on a train looking over at this one chick, and when I finally went over there, it was like the Suri Effect, we started kissing within the first hour of talking, the second hour consited of stuff not appropriate for the few kids that frequent this site.
