The token no can be used as an advance to continue whatever the action was. -Also, the "token no" is used by women to play the role of a women and can be used to show interest in an action, or conversation, (through attraction) and not seem like a slut.
1. I was busting on the girl from the bar, and she gave me "The Token No"- After that, I really cranked up the cocky+funny!!
