What is The Trews?

Four-piece Canadian rock band from Antigonish, Nova Scotia, now based in Toronto, Ontario.

Three CDs commercially available on Bumstead Recording - House Of Ill Fame (2003), produced by Gordie Johnson (of Big Sugar); Den Of Thieves (2005), produced by Jack Douglas (previously produced Cheap Trick, Aerosmith, etc); No Time For Later (2008), produced by Gus Van Go & Werner F (also produced Priestess). All three certified Gold in Canada. Den of Thieves released in the US, 2006; in the UK 2006. No Time For Later due for UK and US release in 2009.

Tour Canada constantly, playing over 200 shows a year; have opened for the Rolling Stones, Robert Plant, Guns N' Roses, Nickelback, and many others. Influences include Led Zeppelin, the Rolling Stones, the Beatles, CCR, REM, Randy Newman.
