What is The Triple Derk?

The process in which one takes two hoses from a hookah and takes three long hits back-to-back-to-back resulting in a buzz that exceeds all understanding. The less time in between hits the better and the final Derk should be held for as long as possible to prolong the communion with Mohammed.
