What is Thigh Boogers?

Thigh Boogers form between the upper thighs of women while walking in outfits that allow the skin of the thighs to touch, usually during the absence of panty hose. The skin in the inner thigh area rubs together until small specks resembling boogers form. No scaring or pain is involved and goes unnoticed by most. Found more often in warmer climates, and the residue is sometimes found on toilet seats.
