Much like the commonly used "high five," which involves two hands coming together in joyful unison, the "thigh five" consists of two pairs of thighs, be they flabby or stick thin, shaggy of silky smooth, smacking firmly together in a moment of celebration.
Melissa seemed a bit disturbed when Brandon started attempting to smack his thigh against hers, but he later explained that it was merely a thigh five.
