What is Thingymebob?

A word that has no aparent reason for its excistance but is used in every day life in times of great need when no other word comes to mind at the time.
Because this word has come to your mind and you say it, it no longer becomes random, but becomes a meaning for the spasific thing you are trying to say therfore giving it a meaning and a reason for excistance. That is untill you rember the oringinal thing and we are back to the begining
