Countries that have a very poor economy and have suffering people in them. For examole, North Korea is a third-world country. It is lead by an idiot who is allies with Saddam and the people there eat dogs because they are starving. Sometimes a counrty can go from a first or second world country but then become a third-world-country, such as Iraq. Before Saddam became dictatorIraq was dong pretty good but Saddam messed it all up.
