What is Thobbin?

The feeling of movement, swelling, or pulsing in the head. Somewhat like a migraine, but without the pain. Sometimes caused by injury, intoxication, or just dropping of the 'r' in the word 'throbbing.'
Synonym: throbbing.
"My head's beating."
"You mean like, thobbin'?"
