a woman whose thong manages to be seen anytime at random. Usually when one wears low-rise jeans and bends over to reveal the color and brand of their thong.(Just to mention, this person is not a HOE just because their underwear is showing, they are aimply a THONG hoe.)
"I think i'm going to ask Lisa out on a date."
