What is Thought Speak?

Originating in animorphs thought speak is the ability to communicate with others by settling your message into another's mind. Capable of communicating over range and does not require line of sight. Thought speak can also be public, broadcasted to all in range, or private, sent to only one person or a small group of people.
Textual occurrences of thought speak are indicated with angled brackets, see example.
