What is Thrash Skating?

A type of flatland skateboarding with the skaters body having more interaction with the ground. Usually the board is thrown, slammed and slid across the ground. Some moves that are remade include: handstand, caveman, no comply, boneless and casper.
Most of the skating is done to the sound of heavy, hardcore and death metal to have the skater unleash his/her adrenaline and transform simple flatland skating into thrash skating
