What is Three On The 21?
In reference to Trisomy 21 where there is 3 genetic materials on the 21st chromosome instead of the usual 2. This causes Down's Syndrome.
He never really understnads what is happening.I think he's a little 3 on the 21. Started in Canada in 2004.
