THE SUDDEN SPONTANEOUS RUSH OF EXCITEMENT THAT OCCURS AFTER SOMETHING EXTRAORDINARY HAS HAPPENED. The thrillgasm may cause someone to slap their friend in the face, jump up and down alot and not give a fuck, scream loudly, or any spontaneous movement that illustrates excitement. In some extreme cases it may even cause an orgasm.
