What is Thrustworthy?

If something is so good that you consider it to be worth a thrust, hence thrustworthy.
Usually when you use the word thrustworthy you should follow it up with a small thrust forward of your hips to emphasise your point.
If you decide that the situation warrants it then a big thrust whilst saying "ooh yeah" may be in order.
If someone tells you an awesome joke, probably including the pope, michael jackson and asama bin laden, then you can compliment them on their thrustworthy joke and follow it up with a thrust (as seen above)

One worthy of thrusting, in the physical sense.
Mike: Did you check out that girl, Stephanie?
Ryan: Yeah man, totally thrustworthy.
Mike: I'd hit it.
