An attack employed only by the wiliest and most ferocious of fighters, usually in desperation or when losing a fight. The attack involves jamming one or both thumbs into one or both eyes of the opponent, and applying pressure to the eyeball. Should be used with extreme caution.
Mark was obviously winning the fight until Elias used his thumb in the eye attack, effectively immobilizing him enough to get a cheap shot to his groin.
