What is Thwagget?

1.

A strange card game played with as many suits as you like of 17 1/2 cards. Player A starts with 10 cards, player B with 30. Player A tries to collect an entire suit of cards, player B tries to lose a suit.

The winner gets a bowl of corned liver and spaghetti. The loser has to eat it.
