Ticket System Balls (TSB) are what people grow when their IT group installs a ticketing system. It takes some of the human element out of the transaction, so people become emboldened. See also e-balls

Before ticket system balls: "Hey guys, we think there might be a problem with devtools, can you help us out? Thanks, we love you."

After ticket system balls: "3 people have looked at this. The system time is fine. We think it's a cruise thing. But it happened RIGHT after devtools was rebuilt after the swirley incident.
