A "Tim Hall" is a male who will befriend other males on the basis that he will one day attempt to indecently assault them in a homosexual way. Adopting a raptor like stance, a "Tim Hall" will consume copious amounts of beer with his victims, only to later take advantage of them while they are sleeping.
A "Tim Hall" is a man lover.
Fat Guy : "Did you see what that gay rapist did to that homeless guy?"
Mud : "I know! Nobody deserves to be penetrated so severely. That rapist is such a Tim Hall"
