A commonly used derogatory term for peoples named Timmy, Timothy, Tim etc. Taken from the rather amusing South Park character
...Someone you dont like walks past who is named the said examples...
then, in order to impress those around you, one would yell the phrase "Timaay", thus increasing his status within his group of piers and annoying the victim. Smashing.
