What is Timeshifting?

A colloquialism used to describe copyright infringement of various media in a less overt manner. The term takes its name from the legal practice of recording television programs for later viewing. See also spacetimeshifting.

Sam: Hey Graham, is that the newest episode of The Wire you're watching? Wait a minute, I thought you didn't have a cable subscription...
