What is Timoor?

a disadvantaged person or group of persons, probably located in the poor world, desperately in need of help from inexperienced junior international development experts (such as United Nations Volunteers) to ward off certain doom. Used ironically / pejoratively.

A.W.: "How bad do I want this job!"
