What is Tingdarehem?

Slang adopted by my circle in response to the large concentration of French-Canadian imports to southern Maine who often express their frustration with English vocabulary by referring to them in this manner.

"Jeffreeeey, get me dat tingdare...dat frickin' tingdarehem!!"
