To Tipke is to piss all over the host's bed at a party.
OR
It is to fake a seizure during a lecture, then procede to get up in silence and exit the room.

Guy 1: Dude, I heard Kevin pulled a Tipke all over Mary's bed last night when she threw down.
Guy 2: Yeah dude, he fucking tipked all on her pillows and shit too.
Guy 1: No way man, sucks to be that bitch.
Guy 2: Dude, the worst part is, she slept in it.
