TIPSY TEXTING- the act of sending text messeges while well on your way to inebriation. Usually they are sent to women you want or like, usually ex-girlfriends.
Its like drunk dialing only takes a lot longer and no one knows what your sending.
After a few drinks you pull out your cell phone and start sending text messeges randomly that is tipsy texting.
