What is To Hell With This?
A way of saying 'no way in heck I'm doing this!' or 'I'm outta here'. Generally used to dismiss doing something you don't want to do.
Barry decides to clean his room. When he enters it, he sees it's a terrible mess.
Barry: To hell with this!
