What is Toadspots?

Noun, plural. Bad acne, of a clustered variety and bright red variety. The indivual pimples are notably large and pustulent, and together the bumps obtain the texture of toadskin. Gross, and unfortunately, not always the fault of the person with it. Despite medication, scrubbing, and a healthy diet, sometimes you're just a toad.

"Oh my god, I was at the pool and it was so gross, Jerry took his shirt off and his entire back was toadspots!"
