What is Todor?

A person who dresses up as a cheap female whore at parties and then later claims that he or she was at a costume party. There are other names for people who dress up as cheap whores for parties, but a Todor is unique in a way because a Todor will usually have a person dressed up as a pimp accompanying him or her.
Oh my God, look at Lisa, she's dressed up like a pimp. Forget Lisa, look at Bob, he looks like a Todor. Must've been a bad break up. Finally snapped.
