Somebody who tends to suddenly get better at a game in large bursts, and at the end of bursts, gets absolutely terrible at a game.

Going 50-1 in Counter-Strike, using the washroom, coming back and and doing 0-23.

This generates the phrase "He's a ToggleMonster this game!"
