When one (male) is going to the bathroom (usually for a number 2) and after the subjects nuts have been on the inside of the toilet bowl and come out cold.
"Dude I think im gonna be off my game for a while after that trip to the b-room"
" Man you got the Toilet Nuts?"
" Yeh dude they are as cold as the other side of the pillow"
