What is Toilet Peep?

1. when you are in the restroom, (and this only applies to men, hopefully not women) and someone turns away from the urinal while still zipping their pants up, instead of fully closing them before turning away from the toilet.
Michael Jackson gave me a toilet peep. I'm not sure what i saw, or what color it was.
