A perfect example of fail. Made by a long chain of accidents, starting with the accidental creation(broken condom). A Tolbert is unloved, unwanted, and entirely accidental.
Gets walked in on.
Has low standards on most anything.
After two parents gave birth to their accidental love child, they named him "Tolbert"
I got walked in on while playing with myself...what a total Tolbert.
