What is Tom-bate?

Somebody who whore's they're way through they're ex girlfriend or boyfriends close friends in an attempt to do 3 things.
i. Boost their own ego.
ii. Get revenge on they're partner.
iii. Make themselves feel wanted.
This can also include passionately kissing they're ex boyfriend or girlfriends, close friends, this will usuallys be under the influence of alcohol.
