Tommish Edit Meaning

Refferencing a person who is/acts like a Tom. Def: The act of being overly frugal and/or cheap in regards to, but not limited to, finding the least expensive way out of a bill/tab.

Four of my friends were out one night and the bill was 100.00 and Joe left 5 minutes before we recieved the check leaving only a 20.00 on the table; "That was fucking tommish of Joe to only leave 20.00 of the bill, it didn't even cover his portion!"
