A TomPlex or a Tom Delonge complex is a step up from the Napoleon complex. Tom has a bigger ego than Napoleon. you would say to someone who has a huge that they have a TomPlex.

I dont hate Tom i just think he is really cocky.

Tom:"Angels and airwaves is going to be bigger then the second coming of Christ" thi is an example of toms ego.

Guy1: " this party is going to the best party in the world"

Guy1: "you have a TomPlex man.
