What is Tonyism?

A phrase consisting of a noun described by the adjective that has that noun as its root word. Anything of the form "blanky blank." Named for a man who uses such phrases often.

T: "Look out for those rocky rocks or you might end up in the watery water!"

D: "Thanks for that tonyism, dude."
