The creature has hilucinations created by overdoses of twinkie fat. The creature then spreads the hilucinations on a self-created webpage in a goal to confuse and anger the people it envies. It most likely produces A-sexually due to lack of interest in either sex. The Toobis is a doomed species.
The toobis escaped from the lab by making all the scientists inspecting him want to vomit and kill themselves.
