someone that is an even bigger douche and the previous terms such as: tool, tool box, tool belt, and tool shed...just aren't enough to describe said douche. therefore that person is considered the entire tool depot.
Sara: That guy is such a tool.
Ellen: Yeah he's a total tool box.
Ashley: Nah he's a toool shed.
Ellen: Fuck that...he's the whole tool depot.
