A faux drug rug that is usually made by Burton or other "toolish" companies that is bought extremely overpriced and worn by "tools" to make them feel like they more stoner even though they smoked weed once and didn't get high.
Bill: "Dude check out my tool rug I got from Zumiez and I only paid 75 dollars. I bet people think I'm a stoner now."
