What is Toontown Creeper?

2. Someone who does not know, but creeps out many of the people he/she knows.
3. A no lifer.
4. Fat pig who has nothing better to do than play a game made for little kids.
I was playing toontown yesterday, but i met another toontown creeper! They said they are 42 years old! They could be my DAD or MOM!
