The card board cylinder that toilet paper or paper towels come on. Name derived from the inability to resist picking up an empty one and making a Kazoo like "toot ta doo" noise through it.

"Hey can some one bring me some TP? The only thing in here is an empty toot ta doo... and I just took a massive poo!"
