An exclamatory phrase commonly strung together whilst slapping ones own behind, and positioning ones hand behind the left or right ear depending on the situation. Sometimes a galloping motion may be added to the gesture as to escape the imminent criticism of the act.
Jim:"Hey bob, TOOTIE-FART, TOOTIE-FART, TOOTIE-FART-FART-FART."
Bob:"Wow, that guy is a horrendous faggot."
