Female to Male transexual chest surgery. The reduction or removal of the female breast tissue to create a male-appearing chest. Depending on the original size, this surgery may be done through simple liposuction, minimally invasive keyholeincision, or double incision mastectomy, with or without nipple grafting.

I started my physical transition from female to male with testosterone injections in 2000, but was unable to have my top surgery until five years later.
