What is Torebacula?

A torebacula is a way I used to describe scary lookin tweeker chicks. They usually have picked at faces and missing teeth also followed by slutty dirty clothes.These chicks can usually be found in dumpsters, dumpster diving or at VFW's trying to "service" old men for cash to get a fix.
John: Did you see Nancy yesterday? Dude, I never thought she would leave good thing her old man came and got her.
Joe: Man, that torebacula is always hanging around trying to score freebies and sell hand jobs.
