What is Toscanese?

A rudimentary language comprised mainly of curse words and insults. Toscanese is only spoken among the closest of friends otherwise the language would easily be thought of as rude and vulgar.
A typical conversation in Toscanese may go like this:
B: "Pack the bowl you f***er!"
J: "I'm the guest you a***ole!"
B: "Exactly you're mooching so you have to do it you lazy a**."
