The act of making a woman 'air tight' during coitus. ie. plugging every available hole with an extremity of sorts. Usually takes more than one person due to the amount of holes needing plugged (7) and the available limbs on a person (4-5).
Guy 1: 'Hey man, heard you and Susan left together last night'
Guy 2: 'Yeah me and my Dad got a total Lockdown on that slut'
