Total Victory

What is Total Victory?

1.

To achieve every single goal that was desired in a war with a minimum of casualties.

Technically, the war of 1812 was a total victory for the British, while being a total loss for the Americans. Britain did, however, end impressing as a courtesy, which was the first step to securing the united states as an ally.
