Touchpoint

What is Touchpoint?

1.

A puke-inducing bit of Orwellian business-speak, which means nothing more interesting than "the point of contact or interaction." It's usually used to suggest some sort of mystical intersection of customer and company.

"In addition to these functional roles, Betty is also the Executive Sponsor for our Extraordinary Customer Experience initiatives, leading the advocacy of improving our various customer touchpoints."
